The economics of these communities has been simplified to where prices remain standard across different areas of the country. Homes will each cost around $200,000. Each community contains 10 homes or slightly more or less depending on the location.
Each house contains one bedroom, one or one and a half bathrooms, a kitchen, living room, washer and dryer, and a parking space for one car, and is between 800 – 1000 square feet.
We also have a separate series offering two-bedroom units, targeting a slightly different consumer and lifestyle.
