Each certificate comes with a residence in that community. (View more about our One-Bedroom and Two-Bedroom communities.) A certificate purchased via Etsy will give you ownership of a one-bedroom home, however, if two additional certificates are purchased, you will receive a two-bedroom home. Home specifications: the home you receive with each certificate contains either one or two bedrooms, between one to two bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, washer and dryer, yard, parking space or one car garage, and is between 800 to 1,200 square feet.
Each certificate comes with a unique ID number that can be used to track the status of the home.

Each ID number has a corresponding URL where you can view the details. Ex: https://refor.sale/certificate/00-00. The ID number is randomly generated, or you can choose your own custom ID number.
Each home and community will be located within a one-hour drive of one of the top 50 metro areas in the US. Suggestions are accepted, but the final location will be determined by whichever offers the most value.
You choose which region you want your home to be in.
The certificate grants residency, however the owner of the certificate may choose for someone else to live in the home. In that case, the resident may not necessarily be the certificate holder. Homes will be complete and available to move in within 12–18 months after purchase.

Not only are the homes offered through these certificates affordable, the purchase of each certificate creates a new housing unit within the country that will contribute towards ending the national housing shortage and improving affordability for all.
Our certificates are printed on the highest quality non-toxic paper, which is free from compounds commonly used in most paper including sodium sulfide, sulfuric acid, aluminum sulfate, alkyl ketene dimer, alkenyl succinic anhydride, and more. It is also free from harmful dioxins that are formed from chlorine. All inks used are non-toxic and free from chemicals such as n-butanol, toluene and xylene.
While our certificates are printed on paper, the home you will receive is constructed utilizing 3D printing technology. The materials we use in our 3D printing process are non toxic and so not include plastic. We utilize healthier materials such as ceramics and stainless steel.
