We plan to offer at least four different versions of these communities in various markets across the country.
The economics of these communities has been simplified to where prices remain standard across different areas of the country. In California, we have targeted the relatively affordable Central Valley. In Nevada, we have plans to locate our community in an affordably priced area outside of Las Vegas. We plan to locate the other two near in-demand metro areas. Homes will each cost around $100,000. Each community contains 10 homes or slightly more or less depending on the size of the land available.
Each house contains one bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen, living room, washer and dryer, and a parking space for one car. We’re able to take advantage of multi-family zoning, which allows for smaller home sizes and denser development. However, we offer each home independently, with in some cases no HOA fee needed. We utilize the necessary vehicles whether co-op or condominium to allow individual ownership while still being able to locate within multi-family zones.
