This statement declares Oceancia (currently managed by RE for Sale) has claim to and current ownership of 200,000,000 km² of the surface of the ocean floor. Also proclaimed herein are the rights of Oceancia to occupy the surface of the ocean and all space between ocean surface and floor, as well as the ground beneath the floor’s surface.
