Our focus is creating real world value that lasts over the long term. However, we also target an 11% annual monetary return. If the fund performs over target, bonuses are distributed. Mangers receive 35% of all profits. The rest is paid to investors. All members have the ability to donate any portion of their earnings into our charity fund, which we manage and use to address things that make little to no financial profit including research towards curing diseases, and affordable housing.
