Prop 65 (Letter to Lenders)

Letter to Lenders: Prop 65 – The Safety and Intelligence of the Public, and Conducting Business in That Environment

Dear Readers,

California Proposition 65 identifies and requires warnings on products that contain chemicals that have been found to be harmful to the human body. The law currently identifies more than 1,000 of these chemicals including acrylamide, asbestos, arsenic, Bisphenol A (BPA), formaldehyde, lead and mercury. Proposition 65, officially known as the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, was passed 40 years ago in Census Year 195.

Unfortunately, 40 years later, the majority of chemicals on the list are still in use, and warnings are largely ignored by the public, if even properly labeled to begin with — and that’s just within California. No other state even requires labeling, and these toxic chemicals are likely in use all over the country. Researchers at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) found that over the past decade, the incidence of 14 different cancer types increased among people under age 50 within the United States. Birth defects including trisomy and gastroschisis have also increased within the past decade. These diseases are increasing as people continue to ignore Prop 65 warnings that make it clear these products cause cancer and reproductive harm.

The use of harmful damaging chemicals for decades, despite warnings, as well as the use of other harmful devices such as microwave ovensheaters, and LEDs have led to our conclusion that severe harm has been done to the intelligence of people within the United States. On both the retail and investing side, we have noticed several limitations in people’s comprehension ability. That has reduced our own ability to accomplish the many missions of this company. It was found that lead in paint and gasoline reduced intelligence quotient (IQ) scores for more than half of the U.S. population. 3 IQ points per person were lost on average, with more than 7 points lost for those most exposed. According to experts, these changes are dramatic enough to potentially shift people with below-average cognitive ability (IQ score less than 85) to being classified as having an intellectual disability (IQ score below 70). Lead is one materials identified by prop 65 that has been banned, but there are many more chemicals and materials still in use that are causing similar harm.

Right now, our strategy and focus in order to survive has to be to “dumb things down” and make everything more simple for the consumer, investor, and anybody that we work with. This strategy means we aren’t able to utilize pre-sales, due to the lack of ability to grasp the the future product. Many developers are able to utilize presales to fund their developments, but those are companies with an established history. We are new. But with affordable housing shortages across the nation, we are needed and in demand. We can’t solve the problem however without being able to launch our developments. To do that with the challenges we face, we have to focus on creating a finished product before ever selling. This puts less mental burden on the consumer, and makes it easier for them to purchase. Their purchase will then be able to fuel the growth of the company and lead to us being able to accomplish all of our shared goals in our society.

Real Estate is industry that involves time. It takes time for projects to go from planning to construction to completion. With the intelligence that has been lost, the mental functioning needed to operate across time horizons has disappeared. Both consumer and industry professionals alike have been unable to grasp projects during the planning phase. This leads to an overemphasis on “fix and flip” rather than bringing new units to the market, because fix and flip involves product that’s already there, visible, and easy to comprehend. However, although fix and flip may fuel certain developers and lenders, without actually creating new units that strategy contributes housing shortages because resources are diverted from increasing housing supply.

The product of real estate is the house or the building, and people who are involved in that industry want to see the product, whether consumer or salesperson. In lending, a whole different field emerges. The product in lending is money, and it’s there right from the beginning, leading to an easy to understand process for those involved. The moment a loan is created by a bank, it becomes an asset on the bank’s balance sheet. Instantly, money and an asset are created, and that money and asset is owned by the bank, but it expands the money supply and allows for the economy to grow. The benefits to the lender and to the economy are massive just by issuing the loan. On top of that there’s also interest earned. We are willing to accept whatever terms a lender is willing to provide, as long as our goals are met at the completion of the deal.

In the process of seeking solutions and financing for our own company’s projects, we discovered the widespread harms being done by chemicals and toxins including those identified under Prop 65. Even though it was not our objective to solve these larger societal problems, we have assembled the research and policy proposals to move the country forward with better public health. For solutions we have identified, view the information below included after this letter.

J.P. Morgan Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, U.S. Bank, and PNC are the top commercial real estate lenders on the United States. These are incredibly influential companies that control the flow of capital within the U.S. They bear responsibility for the widespread allowance of harmful chemicals being used in the United States. But we see them as also the solution. By working with good companies who value public health and stand behind their words with real actions, research, and advocacy such as we do here at RE for Sale, our country’s errors can be corrected and new course towards prosperity and health can be charted. Although the banks mentioned above lead the way, there are many other lenders out there who also have a significant impact. We welcome all lenders to work with us, because we should all be part of moving our world in the right direction through the actions our company has identified.

Today, J.P. Morgan is the largest lender in the world, with over 1.69 trillion dollars in loans to businesses and individuals. It all started with one man J.P. Morgan, over 100 years ago. We must duplicate that impact in the United States today. We need a person or multiple people who can lead effectively and create a legacy of benefit to the nation and globe. It all starts with lending.

Nearly 70 years ago, Bank of America was the largest bank and lender in the United States and world. One of their most notable acts around that time was funding Walt Disney’s many film productions and the construction of Disneyland. Just an hour away from Disneyland in Anaheim was Caltech located in Pasadena. Caltech alumnus Eustace Lycett was hired by Disney’s company just three days graduation. He went on to lead Disney’s Special Effects department, orchestrating visual effects for many films, including Pinocchio, Cinderella, Alice in Wonderland, and more. He received an Academy Award for Best Visual Effects for his work on Mary Poppins, and he contributed to Disneyland attractions including Rocket to the Moon.

It was during that era while Bank of America was funding Disney and the leading bank in the country that another cultural force emerged from Caltech, Clair Patterson. Clair Patterson’s research at Caltech was one of the single most important breakthroughs that led to the removal of leaded gasoline in the US and around the world, improving the health and well-being of millions to billions of people. With the support of Caltech and the community around it, including Disney and the global influence they had, Patterson’s research didn’t fall on deaf ears. It was mobilized and led to new laws and standards nationwide and new methods of production within the energy and automotive sectors of the US. It all started with the right investments in companies and institutions that truly cared about the communities they serve. Now is a new opportunity to create another impactful positive change in the world through lending and investing in the future.

Sincerely,

RE for Sale

How did the United States of America allow more than 50% of its population to be harmed and damaged for decades, and potentially allow that cycle to continue if our company’s recommendations aren’t responded to?

A major source of large amounts of suffering and harm is Christianity and other religions like it that large numbers people within the U.S. devote themselves to. Their devotion to these ideals of suffering, harm, death and all of the legends of Jesus Christ, cause a ripple effect throughout the country that affects those who aren’t even religious. View more on the dangers and harms of Christianity. The use of CE/AD dates which are based on the Christian religion is one example of how the influence of Christianity is reinforced for those who aren’t even religious themselves. We use Census Years (CY) rather than CE to avoid connections to Christianity.

Please do what you can to support this company and all others who are true Americans and want to see this nation thrive.

In some cases people ignore warnings such as with Prop 65, and other information and research that shows certain products to be harmful (including aluminum), because they don’t care if they are harmed, or they might want to be harmed and harm themselves. The solution is supporting more freedom in assisted suicide regulations, so that people who don’t want to live have a proper way to express that, and those who do want to live can do so healthily.

Signs like these that say “Entering this building can…cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm” have become a common sight within the real estate industry in California. We appreciate that Prop 65 gives consumers information they can use to make safer decisions, but seeing as how most people now choose to ignore the warnings and consume anyway despite the harms, it’s time for public policy to recognize that. People who choose to harm themselves must be given the option of assisted suicide, so that their destructive choices don’t have to impact others in our communities. There also may need to be consequences for pregnant women who expose their unborn child to toxins that are known to lead to birth defects.

In this letter we identified how Bank of America lending to Walt Disney led to a positive impact in the region that spread around the globe improving the health of millions to billions. The year that Disney employee and Caltech alumnus Eustace Lycett received an Academy Award for Mary Poppins, another member of the Caltech community, Clair Patterson, was conducting research that would be published the following year, leading to massive changes in US environmental policies. Unfortunately a year after that, Walt Disney passed away, leaving a huge void that was once filled by a visionary. Disney today continues to receive funding from Bank of America, but the visionary spirit and care for the community has been lost. The problem is not just lenders continuing to fund founder-less, poorly led zombie companies, the problem is them continuing to ignore new founders, new innovators, and new leaders. Had Walt Disney been treated that way when he was first starting, we wouldn’t have the country or economy we have today. Returning to our roots of investing in new talent is the way to preserve the wealth of our country, not by dragging out the lives of outdated corporations that lack the vision and care for the communities they serve. As soon as we see cancer and birth defect rates increasing, we must seek out new leadership to support immediately, so we can turn things around and head in a new direction.

Howard Hughes Holdings is another example of a company continuing to receive funding long after its original visionary founder passing away. Lenders including Bank of America and J.P. Morgan lended to Howard Hughes while he was alive, and continue to lend to the Howard Hughes company decades after his death. The primary product of Howard Hughes Holdings is real estate, something Howard Hughes wasn’t even involved with during his lifetime.

Bank of America provided lending to Ruth Handler which helped her to start Mattel and invent the iconic Barbie doll. Mattel and Ruth’s products brought joy to millions. However, many of the products they manufacture are made from harmful materials including polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Ruth was diagnosed with breast cancer, and years later died of complications due to colon cancer. PVC is known to be carcinogenic, and vinyl chloride monomer, the ingredient used to make PVC is listed in Prop 65 as a harmful chemical consumers deserve to be warned about. Since the very first Barbie that Ruth created, with Bank of America’s support, all of them have included PVC, and continue to do so to this day. No lender has supported an alternative thus far. It is a huge necessity and opportunity to correct that. Millions of children across multiple generations, most girls, grew up playing with Barbies, exposing them to harmful toxins at a point in their growth when they are most vulnerable, potentially setting them back for a lifetime.

We have seen the numbers above that showed how cancer and birth defect rates have risen within the past decade. Apple, founded and led by Steve Jobs has proven to be one of the most influential companies in this era. However, the very first iPhone and many versions after were made using silicoaluminate glass, which exposes the user to aluminum absorption from touching the screen. Steve Jobs did not prioritize health while he was alive, and that mindset can be found among many others who were shaped by his impact. Apple and Steve Jobs invented the very first smart phone, the first tablet, and many other innovations that positioned them as leaders that are looked to. Bank of America was the very first lender to Apple during its first year in operation 50 years ago. That was before the iPhone, after which Apple used to self-fund and no longer needed outside lending. Although the iPhone no longer uses silicoaluminate glass, the body of the device is now made from aluminum. Many of Apple’s other devices are also made using aluminum including their Macbooks and iMacs.

J. P. Morgan, has a reputation as being one of the best bankers in American history, but it was who he worked with that lead to the health crises that Giannini helped undo. J. P. Morgan worked closely with John D. Rockefeller, founder of Standard Oil, helping to create U.S. Steel by merging Rockefeller’s assets with Andrew Carnegie’s company. J. P. Morgan also lended to Thomas Edison helping him to start the electric company that would later employ Henry Ford before he was started his own company. J. P. Morgan also worked closely with Billy Durant, the founder of General Motors, and eventually took over ownership of GM, forcing Billy out after he was unable to repay his loans. Once Billy left, General Motors under J. P. Morgan’s ownership partnered with Standard Oil to form the Ethyl Corporation which developed and distributed gasoline containing tetraethyl lead. The J.P. Morgan company by then was led by J. P. Morgan Jr, the son of J. P. Morgan Sr. who passed away a decade earlier. (The Morgan banking business was started by Junius Morgan, J. P. Morgan Sr.’s father, who created J.S. Morgan & Co. which would eventually become J.P. Morgan & Co.) Although Ford initially supported ethanol instead of lead, he ended up conforming to lead and making it the industry standard for vehicles in the U.S. for decades.

Despite the negative influence, J. P. Morgan’s name is on the largest bank in the world today, and many people recognize the name J. P. Morgan because both men, J. P. Morgan Sr. and J. P. Morgan Jr., were some of the most powerful men in the New York banking system. During the Panic of “1907” all of the banks in New York turned to J. P. Morgan Sr. He arranged for the solvent banks to lend to the insolvent, thus restoring liquidity in the system and saving it from collapse. He also provided lending to the Union during the Civil War, helping to end the conflict and reunify the country. However, no new notable achievements have come from J. P. Morgan or the New York banking system since. J. P. Morgan was known for financing Thomas Edison’s electric company, however, Edison’s DC technology was inferior to AC technology developed by Nicola Tesla and George Westinghouse. J. P. Morgan Jr. who took over control of the J. P. Morgan company after his father, was known for financing World War I, making economic mistakes that worsened the Great Depression, and lending millions of dollars to the fascist regime of Benito Mussolini.

In examining the history of health in this country, no other banker has had more of a positive influence than A. P. Giannini. While J. P. Morgan was financing Standard Oil and GM’s leaded gasoline, Giannini worked with the institutions that would defeat those harms. Giannini was the founder and early leader of Bank of America. Giannini himself lent to Disney to fund his first film. Disney is now the largest movie studio in the world. Giannini provided the financing for William Hewlett and David Packard to start their company Hewlett-Packard, the first technology company in Silicon Valley. When Giannini lent to Ruth Handler, it was long before the the harms vinyl chloride were known.

After J. P. Morgan Jr. financed Mussolini, it was Giannini who helped rebuild Italy, lending to construct new Fiat factories. Today Fiat remains the largest automobile manufacturer in Italy. After Giannini’s passing, however, the company Bank of America would fund Apple, long after research identified the harms of aluminum, and they would continue to support Mattel long after the research published on vinyl chloride, as well as other companies with priorities against the health and well-being of the country and population.

Bank of America has made mistakes, but they still emerge above all others. Not only have other banks neglected health, but they have engaged in practices that contributed to financial crises and economic instability, including Chase and Citibank. They key to Bank of America’s best moments and deals were the presence of its founder Giannini. Without a powerful founder and leader present over the bank, there are too many distractions that will steer our nation’s health and prosperity off course.

Many of the leading positions in finance today have have gone to asset and fund mangers rather than bankers. Some of these funds and management corporations have grown larger than even the largest banks with multiple trillions of dollars in assets under management. Those types of financial activities are less beneficial to the economy because those companies can’t create assets the way that a bank can. Those companies require taking a piece of ownership from every business they invest in, because they can’t create money from scratch like a bank. A bank creates its own assets, an investment corporation has to buy and take from others, creating a parasitic effect in the economy that significantly slows down growth. Banks need to remember that they are the most powerful form of financial institution and they must always be at the leading edge. Our economy slows down and our country loses power when less powerful forms of institutions are positioned as leaders rather than the true leaders which are banks. Vanguard and Blackrock have worked with us before, owning assets under their management that we created, but they don’t have the power to lend to us, because of their unmanageable size, lack of leadership, lack of skill, and lack of being a proper bank. Those two asset managers are the largest owners of Apple, and steer Apple’s decision to continue using aluminum in the products they sell and distribute to millions of people. Let’s gain the power to change that.

Bank of America is a significant owner of BlackRock and therefore owner of assets that we created. We think this is a great step that establishes a connection of mutual benefit. But its results have been immensely far from that of Giannini and Disney. It’s clear that a strong legacy isn’t enough: the bank needs a strong leader and founder present to escape the distractions that have layered themselves over the institution through time. We cannot continue in the direction that we have headed in in the decades since the Clean Air Act, formed as a result of Clair Patterson’s research which was the last major health breakthrough in this country. That was over 50 years ago. It is time to learn from the past half century, correct the mistakes, and begin to make our world healthier than ever before.

The Queen of England and King of Italy. Both of the most powerful men in U.S. banking had ties to monarchies, revealing the hidden limitations of a society that still values classism, whether it be through religion or in general.

Giannini started Bank of America as Bank of Italy first, while the short-lived Kingdom of Italy was in existence. This gave him the classism support that allowed capital to flow to monumental projects including Disney and Hewlett-Packard, two of the foundations of Hollywood and Silicon Valley.

J.P. Morgan & Co began as J.S. Morgan & Co, which was created in England during the reign of Queen Victoria.

Classism isn’t supposed to be real. No human being is a higher “class” than another. Accepting classism puts extremely strong forcefields and limitations in place that block regular people from succeeding, for no good reason.

With the intelligence decline charted above, classism only gains more potential strength as a monarchy is an easier form of government to understand than a republic or democracy. This is another cultural danger that must be defeated, or the US will remain helpless, because we do not have a monarchy.

Christianity can be traced back as a root cause of intelligence decline. Before Christianity, Rome was a thriving republic, after Christianity, a failed empire that never recovered from the intelligence loss that lead pollution created in their society. Before Christianity, Greece was a foundation of democracy and culture, after Christianity Greece experienced poverty and never again achieved their previous success and influence.

Christianity and other religions gain a hold by targeting trans people, people who have a difficult or challenging experience that cannot be easily explained. But we can help those people ourselves as a society and community. We do not need to turn to “God ” or any other “higher power”. The power is and always will be within us as humans, not an external fantasy figure. Nobody is born “in sin” and nobody is born flawed, especially when we take care our ourselves and our health.

Researchers at our company, RE for Sale, identified that the peak of lead poisoning in the Roman Empire occured exactly around the year 0BCE/CE, the centerpoint of the CE dating system that the entire world still currently uses. RE for Sale is one of the few companies right now to operate on a different system, CY. With every date on every official government document around the world centering on IQ reduction, the events in our world are crystal clear in cause.

Christianity was a weapon of influence and control, and it is still winning the war it has waged on our earth. Every Christian date, every prayer to “Jesus” or “God”, every Christmas gift, they all add up to the percentage of a person’s mind that is occupied by the Christian agenda. That agenda activates when it’s time to engage in something constructive such as lending to or collaborating with our company. Every person who celebrates Christmas or uses CE dates is a walking, talking soldier ready to be activated against progress at any time. Christianity’s dating system, cultural prevalence, and size makes it the largest army on the planet. What are they militarized against? They are militarized against anyone who believes they do not need Jesus or God to be successful. We believe you do not need Jesus or God to survive, thrive, or be successful in any way. If you believe you don’t need Jesus or God, Christians will go after you and try to break you down, until you change. Be aware that the Christian army contains soldiers, and soldiers are willing to give their own lives. So even when Christians win, everyone loses because suicide is the end goal, just like Jesus’ body on the cross. Any religion that forces you to bow down to “Jesus”, “God”, “Shiva”, “Allah” or any other figure, isn’t a religion, it’s a tool of political and absolute control. And it is something we need help to defend against.

Even though religions are often associated with countries, the gods that they bow to are usually located outside of the country, and in many interpretations outside of this world and universe. One exception is the Hindu god Shiva who is considered to live on this planet on Mount Kailash. However, that mountain is located in China, not within a majority Hindu nation. Most Hindu dieties love in realms far away from earth. While there may be life and consciousness in places far beyond our universe, bowing to them as a “god” brings no benefit to us, because we truly are not at that level of understanding yet, leading to potential involvement in things that we don’t know how to protect ourselves from. Any communication with beings outside of our world and universe should be done through technology, when and if it becomes available, not through religion and bowing down to and obeying “god”.

Religion is one of the only areas outside of science that opens us up to beings outside of this universe. One of the theories behind why religions recruit so aggressively is that the religion transfers value from those who believe it to who they bow down to and serve. The more people who bow to Allah, God, and others, the more energy, power, and resources those figures receive directed towards them, and that is of value to them and worth fighting to obtain. But we must win the battle here. Mindsets and mental connections have value. We’ve just seen how on our own planet when people believe in a monarchy, success flows to them and through them. Conversely, when you don’t have those beliefs and consciousness uplifting you, it can be difficult or near impossible to move forward.

Religions with a God beyond our universe operate like a security for the receiving party. They receive dividends in the form of energy while the person is alive, and then at the end of their life, the balloon payment is collected, with everything the person had to offer being transferred over to where their God was. Once you leave this universe giving your life to “God” there’s a possibility you will no longer exist, or if you do, in a completely different form. The Christian Bible says that in “new heavens and a new earth, the former things will not be remembered nor… come to mind.” That means this life is completely left behind.

Those who farm humans for their energy and consciousness will oppose anyone who attempts to free people from their influence, but we must realize that forces outside of this universe, have no power here other than what we choose to give them. We believe in building human power and human capabilities within this universe, not lowering ourselves and bowing to mysterious figures beyond our home. Those who support others outside of this universe above their own have no place calling this their home.

https://www.vumc.org/poison-control/toxicology-question-week/april-6-2004-what-history-lead-poisoning

Nicander of Colophon was a writer and physician who documented the harms of lead poisoning over 2000 years ago. He wrote about it in his book Alexipharmaca, which was written about plant and mineral poisons.

Unfortunately, it is a tragedy that his words were not heeded thousands of years later. It’s clear that even when the science is present, there will be people who choose the path of self-destruction. We must modernize all of our laws to allow people a way out when they choose it.

Nicander’s writings were not incorporated by the Roman government, and they continued using lead until collapse of their empire. It may be possible he and Rome couldn’t come to a mutual understanding due to Nicander’s identity as a Greek and not a Roman. We have no similar excuse in the United States. We are all citizens, and when a citizen speaks up, they should and must be heard.

Nicander’s research and writing was financed by King Attalus III, who himself had an interest in medicine. Attalus III was the last King of Pergamon, a Hellenistic Greek kingdom in West Asia; after his death the kingdom became part of Rome. Hellenistic Greece was originally founded through the military conquests of Alexander the Great.

Monarchies as a tool of conquering and control have been in place within many cultures, and their tactics pre-date Christianity. The modern United States government also utilizes this tactic by expanding the powers of the president during war time. This puts more power in one individual’s hands, making it simpler to both make and follow directions. A resolution was passed in Census Year 183, nearly 50 years ago, that added Congressional approval needed to maintain military forces in another country for more than 60 days. However, originally, the President had the authority and power to invade another country and command military forces without Congressional approval. The founders of this country knew the power and effectiveness of having one person at the helm rather than group or committee. We can utilize this real strategy without engaging in or legitimizing classism. Each individual should do their best acting individually, but raising our collective value, never ever lowering another person’s value because of class limitations. Usually the lowest class consists of the largest amount of people; if people truly do not believe in their own value and worth, a modern society would allow for them to express that. However, those who do believe they have value must prove it. We cannot sit and continue letting toxins damage the health of millions in our country and world. Not for another day.

The time is now to act. We need lenders to build the future of our world. We also need people to rise up and change many of the outdated laws in our country, to make life easier, better, and more free for everyone.
