In addition to high liquidity, these investments offer low risk compared to other types of assets. Our offerings focus on one thing that will always be in demand: housing, and not just housing, but affordably priced housing, in these times when people are battling inflation, rising costs, and are looking for any way to reduce expenses.
Our debt offering has a term of 2 – 5 years, with annual interest payments of 6%.
Our equity offering produces dividends in 2 – 5 years, with 80% of all profits distributed to equity holders.

However, we know many seniors are looking to downsize to something with less maintenance, and many younger people who live with their parents are looking for an affordable ownership option to get started on their own. Our projects fill these gaps that other companies aren’t filling.

What we’re offering is a product of similar size, but with even more freedom as our communities give each resident their own lot with outdoor space in addition to the interior space of their unit.
